Returns Policy

If you believe there is a fault with any of your products (s) you purchased from the gkgloves4u.co.uk store please forward your products(s) to our headquarters address below and depending on your requirements Just4keepers will either replace or refund you products(s).

Important

Please email gkgloves4u@gmail.com prior to returning your item(s) for a returns number. No returns will be accepted without this. Also please make sure all returns are sent recorded delivery.

Any returns MUST still be in same new packaging. If there is any damage to the packaging no refund or replacement will be given.

Once receiving a returned item an experienced member of our staff will check to see if the product(s) has a factory fault (If this is the case a refund or replacement will be sent at J4K’s cost). If J4K find this fault is either wear and tear, and or misuse from the customer (In this case no refund or replacement will be sent. We will also email our reason why we came to this decision).

If you want your product (s) returned, you will have to forward further postage costs before we can send out again.

We will also email our reason why we came to this decision and if you want the gloves returned, you must forward our postage costs first.

Please Note: J4K cannot offer a refund or replacement on any wear of the palms or fingertips on any of our gloves. This is because the palm/fingertips is a soft latex material and will naturally wear with every usage. Also as poor pitch conditions, wearing gloves on astro turf and even using a worn out football can drastically wear the palm, even after one use and for this reason we cannot guarantee our palms.

Changing of Size

If you are returning because you want to change sizing, any returns MUST still be in same new packaging. If there is any damage to the packaging or look of wear to the product no refund or replacement will be given.

If you want your product (s) replaced with another size, you will have to forward further postage costs before we can send out again.

If in the event J4K has sent out the wrong size in error, once we receive your returned item, J4K will send out your correct size at our cost.

What happens if you are not home when your delivery comes?

If you are not home Royal Mail will leave a note explaining where your products(s) are stored for a period of time. (This is normally the local sorting office nearest you.)

If you do not pick up your products(s), your products(s) are delivered back the below address:

We will then contact you and ask for further P+P costs to resend your products(s).

Please Note: We cannot send your item until further postage is paid as this is not our fault you did not collect your products(s).

If you ask for a refund at this stage as long as the products(s)and packaging are as new, we will refund your monies minus our original P+P costs, plus a further £5 per item charge for our time refunding your monies.

IF YOU ARE RETURNING GLOVES/KIT FOR AN EXCHANGE YOU WILL NEED TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN THE NEW GLOVES BACK TO YOURSELF PLEASE INCLUDE THIS IN THE RETURNING PACKAGE (YOU WILL BE ADVISED OF THE COST WHEN CONTACTING US FOR YOUR RETURNS NUMBER)

IF YOU ARE RETURNING GLOVES/KIT FOR A REFUND AS WITH NO FAULT THERE WILL BE A £5 PER ITEM HANDLING FEE AND THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. ONLY ITEMS RECEIVED BACK WITH 14 DAYS OF ORIGINAL ORDER DATE WILL BE REFUNDED.
